We have prime rib three times a year, and this always gives us perfect, P. E. R. F. E. C. T. results every year for over ten years. We had to buy the biggest one as our families are growing bigger, so our roast needs to get bigger. This one fits nicely a 10-11 lb roast wonderfully. Gives it a beautiful sear and yet leaves it juicy as well. No pre-searing needed, just skewer and start cooking. LOVE it!!
