I purchased this as a gift fir my 3 year old granddaughter. It was relatively easy to put together even though the only instructions to follow are on the outside of the box. I managed to put it together. The little boxes and bottle of medicine are so cute although my granddaughter opened or crushed most of them looking for pills and bandages inside. It is not as large as I thought it would be which is good because her mother doesn't want too many things cluttering her room. Everything works great the thermometer lights up and beeps, there's a tongue depresser I think that also lights up along with a flashlight. The blood pressure gauge actually spins as she pumps the bulb and the stethoscope makes heartbeat sounds. She loves taking care of her sick dolls and I would definitely recommend this.
