Helped with home rehab

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a former college athlete there are some lingering injuries that I have lived with but never took time to rehab. One of those being ankle ligament damage that has plagued me daily for almost 7 years. I finally started to go to physical therapy but I really think this balance pad helped me get to the next level in terms of progress. It was very convenient to use while working from home or anytime a had a free moment. I can't say my ankle will ever be back to normal, but I have not been complaining as much when going on long walks or hikes about the pain. Maybe I'll even be able to run pain free again one day :)

What a way to work your balacing!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this pad to increase my flexibility and balance in my yoga routine. Just to get a bit more challenge out of my normal practice and MAN it did the trick. I can do a forward fold with an increased stretch by standing on top of the mat and grabbing the base of it. Also, with a lot of focus and concentration ;) I can get more muscle work while trying to hold a Vrikshasana on the mat (but I will need more practice doing that).

Buy it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This thing feels like what I imagine it's like to walk on water. Firm, yet just squishy enough, but a different kind of supportive squishy that you might find in a foam shoe. It's a great size, textured for little movement on my carpet, and is just comfy to sit on!
