rough, scratchy material

I bought these shorts for walking. They are very uncomfortable. Very scratchy and rough on the skin. They DO NOT stretch with your body so when i bend my legs it feels like its cutting off circulation. Its not to small I can say that much, but somehow just doesnt fit right. I bout a body suit for $13 from a different store and it is perfectly stretchy and less expensive. I was really disapointed in this purchase.
