      Very attractive set it up for My Husband's surprise 79th birthday on August 21 for the patio furniture inside looked great however by 10 o'clock that night it had started raining in the wind was high and I try to hold onto the tint because we use square weights, we could not attach it to the Concrete. I tried to hold onto the tent, but the wind and the rain took it out of my hands through a 8 foot opening between my house and the porter potties and landed upside down on the other side of the retaining wall, I could've cried, but there was nothing else I could do but go to sleep and wait for daybreak to see what happened to my surprise, the frame was intact. The tint had two small tears. You could barely see him, but God did something so wonderful Saturday morning. The rain went away and we had a wonderful party. I recommend this pop-up tent to anyone try not to set it up when they are predicting rain and wind.

      This specific one,I bought 2. Both came fully assembled frame and all panels were in new condition. was easy for 2 people to set up once you got the hang of it and followed directions. I left it up through heavy storm and it was fine. so far we've used them for grad open house, garage sale, and a baby shower. I'd say this is worth buying instead of renting.
