JUST RECEIVED MY SECOND PAIR OF LONG SHORTS, AFTER ABOUT 10-13 DAYS...BUT IT WAS WELL WORTH THE WAIT!!! THEY ARE A NICE LIGHTWEIGHT BREATHABLE SUMMER FABRIC! OOOPS...I FORGOT THEY ARE COTTON AND LINEN, AND I JUST IMMEDIATELY PULLED OUT THE DRAWSTRING (THREW IT AWAY), RELEASED THE CUFFS (WITH A SEAM RIPPER), PUT THEM IN THE WASHING MACHINE WITH DETERGENT AND HOT WATER, DRIED THEM ON HEAT...AND MIRACULOUSLY...THEY CAME OUT PERFECT!!! WHICH IS A REALLY GOOD THING, BECAUSE I DO NOT IRON ANY MORE!!! I'M 5'2" AND ABOUT 135-140ish LBS., AND ACCORDING TO OTHER REVIEWS, I DID SIZE UP TO AN XXL, (I USUALLY WEAR A L OR XL) JUST TO BE COMFORTABLE...WHICH THEY ARE VERY!!! THE LENGTH HITS ME JUST A PINCH BELOW THE KNEES. BEST PART...THEY HAVE POCKETS!!! I'M SUPER HAPPY WITH THESE NEW SHORTS, NOW THAT I HAVE A PAIR IN BLACK AND NAVY!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
