This is a flat-pack, assemble-it-yourself cabinet but it looks like a legitimate piece of furniture as opposed to the usual particle board with a printed paper veneer. It's heavy and solid. The instructions were clear and the fit of the hardware and pre-drilled holes were spot on. The one issue I had was that I needed the adjustable shelf at its highest position which put the cable access under the shelf. That was easy to fix because the back panel is actually a thin wood panel - not cardboard - so I used a hole saw on my drill to make another one. (Just needed to hold a board behind it to get a good clean cut.)

This TV cabinet is really nice and well done. My super took an hour 45 minutes to assemble it. It was said in the various comments that it smelled, but it's just the smell of new furniture. The price was good, and I bought it right away. Please keep prices stable. There was only a small defect of the wood on the front plank, but it is not very visible.
