So I decided to be very particular about what I was looking for in a bird feeding shepherd's hook pole. I wanted plenty of hooks and things to put different types of bird food because I'm all about providing a buffet for these little guys. I wanted something relatively tall. But most importantly, I wanted to be able to mount my smart birdhouse to the top of it instead of having to set up a separate hook for just the birdhouse. I'm mostly trying to avoid my yard looking cluttered. this covered all of my demands while also being reasonably priced. it's also very sturdy. It did take me a minute to get it into the ground because the spikes were pretty thick.
