Bought size small for 5' 103# woman and finding needs more room at the hip/waist to drape better Slight shrinkage after wash/dry worsened the issue. This is a comfortable, well-made cotton long sleeved t-shirt. That being said, it is cut differently than the old-style beefy t-shirts. It runs small. If you wnat a looser fit, order one size up. I am a woman, weighing 155 lbs. of mature age. It jsut fits me. I think a man of medium build would want a larger shirt.
