This 5LB bag of frozen chicken breasts is the best using the chicken for casseroles or tacos. The breasts are small and easy to use for many different meals . My family eats a lot of chicken; and for the price and decent flavor added to every chicken dinner where we need more meat than normal.

This is one of the things I regularly buy. This chicken comes in different sizes and they are all individually frozen for convenience. Just take out what you need and thaw it out and reclose the bag. It is actually cheaper and has more servings than fresh packages of comparable size. There is nothing wrong with fresh however either. The fact that these come already frozen means that you can just put it in your freezer right away and not have to worry about repackaging for your freezer. The chicken breasts will work with any recipe calling for chicken.

Good n good for you. Try cooking low with rice. About one lbs to a 1/4 cup rice. 1 1/2 cups water. 2 table spoon extra virgin olive oil. 2 table spoon butter. once the rice is done. Add Taco seasoning n a little water if needed. simmer till it's the way you like it. Enjoy a super healthy taco. mmm
