Cooking Instructions - General **The internal temperature of this chicken needs to reach 170°F as measured by a food thermometer. Make sure your chicken is cooked thoroughly by checking the temperature in several spots. **To Thaw: **Store covered in the refrigerator for 12 hours or overnight, or thaw in a microwave on defrost setting. **For best results when breading or marinating frozen chicken, remove the protective ice glaze by holding under lukewarm running water for about 1 minute. **Grill - From Frozen **1. Preheat grill to medium heat. **2. Grill frozen breasts, turning occasionally, 30 to 35 minutes, or until juices run clear when thickest part of chicken is pierced and temperature on instant read thermometer reaches 170°F. (Grill thawed breasts 15 to 20 minutes.) **Oven cook - From Frozen **Conventional Oven†: **1. Preheat oven to 375­°F. **2. Bake frozen breasts 40 to 50 minutes, or until juices run clear when thickest part of chicken is pierced and temperature on instant read thermometer reaches 170°F. (Bake thawed breasts 35 to 45 minutes.) **†Preferred method. Appliances vary. Cooking times are approximate.

Can stick together

I started buying frozen chicken because in the past, I'd forget to use it and it would spoil. The frozen is so convenient and two breasts thaws pretty quickly. My only complaint is when the breasts thaw a bit between the store and home they tend to stick together in a clump. This makes them nearly impossible to separate. Even banging them on my concrete floor won't break them up. Keep this in mind if you have a long drive home. Otherwise they're delicious.

With the rising cost of beef, I'm purchasing more chicken. This was the best deal going. The chicken is not filtrated with uglies that have to be cut off. My favorite way to make these is in the crockpot (frozen) with a bottle of Italian dressing. Easy peasy!

Walmart's chicken breasts are a little bigger than some other brands and I like that because one of my favorite dishes are stuffed chicken breast. I cute the chicken breast but down one side to make a pocket and then stuff it with feta, spinach %26 sundried tomatoes. And yes, you can use frozen spinach, just make sure to thaw it completely and then wring out as much water as possible. Fast, easy, tender, juicy and delicious.
