When first got items I was very disappointed. They arrived vacuumed packed and when left out for 24 hours they were still like pancakes. I was gonna return them but then thought let me throw them in the dryer! OH my GOSH it’s like a totally different pillow. If you aren’t happen with these, toss them in dryer for about 15 min. They will puff up and become a regular pillow. Happy I didn’t return them.
