These mooring whips are made from a strong fiberglass that will keep your boat away from the dock as they apply continuous and variable pressure. The whips spring lines keep the boat from moving too far out of position.Each whip rod incorporates a low friction tip and whip cleat for easy retrieval for boarding. The fiberglass poles, aluminum-magnesium base units, tips and mooring whip lines are sold in pairs and come with installation hardware.Our mooring whips are equipped with fixed angle bases with a 60, 13/16 diameter fiberglass pole and are most commonly used for ski boats, runabouts, center consoles and bass boats. These whips are designed for fresh or saltwater use and moderate wake areas.
