I bought this to replace in older SimpliSafe doorbell that had foggy glass (view). The view in this is perfect. Buying it from WalMart was aHUGE savings for me…thank you, WalMart. Be prepared for the relatively small footprint of this doorbell - consider that you will likely either have to patch or put something behind it because it is barely half the wide of a normal house doorbell and 2/3 the width of a RING bell. That being said, fairly easy to install and setup once you decipher the instructions (scan the QR code the simplysafe app shows you and not the one on the doorbell LOL) and if you need to tilt it to the side just contact simplysafe and they will send you a horizontal angle (about 15 degrees to one side) totally free of charge. The bell comes with a vertical angle (about same 15 degrees up or down).
