My fiance reall ylikes how quickly it heats up. it does not heat up the top part of the chest, but it heats up the top of the back and stomach area. After wearing it for about 10 minutes, you will get significantly warm and not notice that the chest doesn't heat up. Easy to use and understand. It comes with a charger for the battery. This jacket has optional thumbholes, too, which is awesome. the heating sequence starts on high when you turn it on, then medium, finally low. Great product. Highly recommend!
