Yes, it was more expensive but well worth it. The lid has a nice rubber gasket that seals it completely, making it totally spill proof. Really easy to take apart and clean too. The handle is ergonomic, and has a soft grip underneath. I LOVE ❤️ IT!!! Highly recommend 👌
