Durable exercise mat, even holds up to shoes. Got it to replace a cheap yoga mat which had disintegrated. Also appreciate that this one is thicker.

I purchased this mat for my yoga and Pilates practices. It is a bit longer than the average mat at 72" which is great for my stability ball workout that has a lot of rolling back and forth, so it's great to have a bit more space. At 6mm thick it also works great for Pilates with the extra cushion. It also has the best sticky surface ever! I've never used a closed cell mat before and now I know why they are so popular. Much easier to clean and no slipping. This yoga mat is also heavy so I'm glad I don't have to carry it to and from class as I do my workouts at home. Rolled up it's approx. 8lbs. I purchased my mat from my local Walmart store for $34.97 rather than online. Very happy with this mat!
