The bed came in 3 huge and heavy boxes but it was well packed. There were no damages. It took us all day to put it together as there were a million pieces but it was worth it in the end. My kiddos love it and its super sturdy. Such a fun bed for kids! Looks just like the picture.

HORRIBLE

Arrived damaged, the slide is unsafe. The storage on the third step doesn't open all the way. The storage at the bottom the left drawer doesn't open properly. Lots of scuffs. The stairs don't have an opening to the bed. The slide is so so steep, my 7 year old got hurt, it is so dangerous. It was poorly designed.
