Who knows what size these really are....

I normally order a size 10. These are 3X (which I would never order!) on the order, but the label says size 11 (which is what I remember ordering). My older size 10s shrank over time (or I grew??) so these should be fine. Still confused about the difference in what is shown I ordered and what I actually received, which is what I wanted....

I like the quality of the product however received the wrong colors. Should have had 3 pair of black underwear and an additional pair of grey. I received four pair of pink underwear (2 pairs of light and hot pink each) which weren't a part of the color scheme ordered.
