Refurbished IPhone 13 arrived well packaged and included charging block, cable, and SIM ejection tool. The phone had no noticeable damage or dents on the body and the screen had vey minimal scratches (3 tiny ones) that I noticed. The screen also came with a pre-applied screen protector. The phone was fully unlocked and I was able to get on the TMobile network with my existing SIM card. Battery health was at 89%. To be honest, I was expecting the phone to be in worse shape. I’m beyond satisfied with my purchase.

If you’re scared I hope my review can ease your worries! I was very tense and scared because of the reviews being so mixed. Everything works well so far. Camera, screen, mic, Face ID, apple wallet all work well!! My screen does have one scratch that is hardly even noticeable. There are some wear and tear (scratches) to the side. Other than that my phone is in well condition for a refurbished phone. Came with a charger as well. Only “downside” is phone overheats pretty quickly so a new battery will definitely be needed in the future.

I know this is a refurbished phone, however the description said it was in excellent condition. I think this is fair condition. Seems the phone was dropped several times with no protection. Still I do not know how is internally, but if I see any issue, I am Pretty sure I will return it. Seller, should be more honest of the condition of the products.
