The AEM Performance Cold Air Intake System is engineered to enhance engine performance by replacing your vehicle’s restrictive factory air intake components. Designed, tuned, and dyno-tested for select models, this system increases horsepower and torque by allowing greater airflow to the engine. It features an oversized AEM Dryflow air filter made from oil-free synthetic media that is washable, reusable, and capable of lasting up to 100,000 miles before cleaning is required (depending on driving conditions). The air filter is positioned in the original air box space and is protected by a custom heat shield to help lower intake air temperatures and optimize power output. The intake tube is constructed from mandrel-bent aluminum and finished with a tough gunmetal gray powder coat for durability and a performance-inspired look. This system is designed to work with factory emissions control components, including the mass airflow sensor and breather tube, and installs easily using standard hand tools.
