Such great cooking on this pan

I can not praise this pan enough. The first few times I cooked food high in fat or used avocado oil to prepare the pan for the food I was about to cook on it. It is such a great pan and browns beautiful, heats evenly and is just the right size for the job. I am so glad that I purchased it.
