They were a couple of days late being delivered, but when they did arrive they were easy to assemble. I've been using them now for about a week. Yesterday I used them for a half hour and was surprised to discover that I had been strengthened by using them. Walking for that half hour was much easier than the previous six days.

I have trouble with my balance and these help tremendously. I love to walk on trails and would not be able to otherwise. I always have trouble getting any trekking pole to maintain my choices for length, and these gave me similar problems; my arms are not strong enough to twist poles tightly, I think. Most people will do fine with that. I liked all the "feet" that came with them but probably will only use two of those choices.
