A must have for seniors while losing weight!!!

This collagen is great. I put in my coffee and it sure helped me. I had lost weight and my skin was so saggy until I started on this collagen and it got my skin and muscle back to normal after several months. I did not realize that I should have been taking this while losing weight, especially at my age of over 70!!
