I have a 20-year old Olds Cutlass Supreme and the engine is still like new based on consistent oil changes with Castrol products. Now that she's a high-miler I have been using the HM Synthetic Blend product for the past couple of years. I change it every 5K miles and use the good Fram TG filter and the oil appears clean even when it's time to change it.
