wood fan,good service

I purchased and installed two sofucor fans. 52 inch with lights. I can not make either work. I tried to use remote to learn but no action.Then I got in touch with the service team.They are patient to give me directions and shipped new remote and reciever.They are professional and patient to offer all help.

Excellent Quality and Extremely Quiet

The performance of this fan has been beyond my expectation. It does an excellent job of moving air on a covered outdoor porch and is extremely quiet. I will have no reservations replacing other fans as needed with Sofucor fans. My electrician was very impressed with the quality and the remote is excellent. This is my first experience with a remote-controlled ceiling fan and the performance has been flawless.
