I love being able to cut on the board then bend it and drop the items into the pot or bowl. And it is a nice size.

It was a little warped in shipping so didnt lay flat but is flattening our over time. Exactly what I was looking for.

Nice cutting thickness

Nice thickness for cutting and probably will not curl up after multiple uses like some thinner mats, but still pliable to pour cut veggies into pot.
