Works well as an anchor buoy marker. Unfortunately it did not come with a pump or adaptor to fill it. Fortunately I found a cone shaped adaptor for my dinghy pump, which worked. The valve is self sealing so the air stays in the buoy while you screw in the sealing cap after filling.
