  • Warm Tips
  • 1. If the digital camera cannot be turned on, please try to charge the camera for at least 30 minutes before turning on. (The charging indicator flashes red, indicating that the camera is charging, and the lamp will be extinguished after full.)
  • 2. If you still cannot turn on after full charging, please pull out the SD card and then insert the SD card again into the camera, try to manually press the reset switch, push it up, and restart the camera.
  • 3. If the printing photos appear blank or only the lines appear, please check whether the print mode is turned on and the printing paper is installed correctly. (You can also check the memory. If the memory is full, it will not be printed.)
  • 4. If the printing picture is blurred, please set the print mode and print density before printing the picture. (If you want to get clearer pictures, it is recommended to select "Dot print" printing mode and higher printing density.)
  • 5.When downloading files from the camera, do not break the USB connection or unplug the Memory card.
  • 6. When the camera fills the lights, please do not point it to the child's eyes to avoid injuries.
