not happy with quality

Bought 3 pairs for my new white dining table. One of the legs is cracked or deeply scratched. The bag where the bolts and washers was open that went all over the place and some got inside the cushion seat. I shook the seat and sounded like the washers were trapped in there. Had to go to Home Depot to buy similar washers. So much for the convenience of online shopping. Just this morning when I was on my knees on the floor with both elbows on the seat, it left nasty marks on the seat that won't come off :((((
