Easy to use, easy to clean., this coffee machine comes with a basket in it so you do not have to use a paper filter, sturdy, brews very quickly, 12 cup capacity. This is a very simple machine. There is an on/off button that controls the machine. It's not fancy, no ability to program to turn on before you wake up, no special brew settings, just an inexpensive, workhorse of a coffee maker that you dont have to worry about all the bells and whistles going bad before the life of the brewing part of the machine,(which is the entire point of a coffee machine), goes bad. I love this machine, i also own a cappuccino machine for very intricate coffee brewing, but for everyday, get through the day drinking, i really live a drip coffee maker without all the frills. This one has been amazing. It had the same specs as a Cuisinart I was stalking and i just like this one better. it works fantastically and im totally happy as I can be about it.
