Thai Kitchen Gluten Free Thin Rice Noodles, 8.8 oz Box

I was pleasantly surprised by how easy they were to prepare. They cooked quickly and had a great texture—tender without becoming mushy. The noodles were very easy to make based on the instructions. I used them in two different dishes and they came out great. The noodles were firm, but flexible, and easily coated in the sauces I used. They are also a good in between thickness, so are good for multiple dish types.
