I am a contractor by trade and tragically interested in tools. It took me a long time to acquire this vacuum as I had never seen it operate in the field. I got one to test in my own home and am astonished at how easily it works and performs. The suction is by far the best of the best. The ease of transitioning from the 1st floor up the carpeted stairs to the 2nd floor is fantastic. I will never go back to the older model vacuums that we have all been programmed to use. This is a tool. Vacuums are tools. I will promote this as one of the best that I have come across. For example, if and when the need arises to pause, you simply lean it against a wall. It is designed to do just that. Forget the concept of rolling canisters and long hoses. As for going up stairs, you just quickly eliminate the tube between the canister and vacuum head as the canister and head readily attach and you can quickly vacuum stairs. The practice of dragging an upright up the stairs after detaching the hose and attaching a different head are gone for me. And, the size of the vacuum head easily goes under beds and furniture. Probably one of the most remarkable features is the pivoting vacuum head that goes where you point it. The motorized head is a plus. The ease of maneuverability is outstanding.
