11" More COMFORTABLE than 13"
The 11" is way more suitable to most people. I'm 5'7" and my friend is 6'2" and the 13" was too uncomfortable (too high - my heals couldn't touch the ground). My friend is taller and even he feels better with the lower post. (you have to remember it's post height PLUS the height of the seat itself that probably adds another 4 to 5" to the post height. I'd be even more ecstatic if they made an 9" as I like my knees even with my hips for a more ergonomic fit.
