I bought a posture corrector about 20 years ago that was shaped like this and it was beyond helpful. I occasionally get pain between my shoulder blades and wearing a posture corrector helps a lot when that happens. It also really helps with posture and looks nice under clothes. I have been searching for a full upper back posture corrector for a while and finally found this one. Most don't have a full upper back panel. Most have a crisscross back design that doesn't really work. This works almost as good as the one I bought 20 years ago. That one was made with a stronger back panel, but this one is shaped the same and way closer than others I've tried. You have to measure to get the correct fit. I am normally between a S/M, but ordered XL after measuring per instructions. It fits great. I also ordered another one from this seller that had a different name but looked exactly the same. After receiving both I feel they are the same. Can't go wrong either way tho.

I'm a 38c I bought a large which was what was supposed to be fitting a 38c barely fit around my rib cage I get it on but I could only get the top and the bottom hook hooked because it was no room to get to the middle one it was just way too tight it helped my slouching shoulders will give it that but there are definitely not true
