Delicious, tasty, tender %26 fresh!

Fresh, tender and tasty! This spinach has turned me into daily exclusively spinach salad eater. Not the least bit bitter so it's goody plain right out of the bag. Balsamic dressing, feta with walnuts salads are quick, easy and delicious! Eating a lot of spinach can increase uric acid in some people so eating it daily maybe not be good for some people.

I like to have a side dish to gnosh on during the day. I use this baby spinach to make quiche. Tear down the leaves, add some chopped tommy toe tomatoes, chopped mushrooms, some cheddar cheese, feta cheese and a little mayo. Mix it all up, dump it into a ready made pie crust and into the oven for 30-45 mins. Works great!

The spinach needed to be used right away and that worked, but I would like to say the produce should be more fresh for me. I use a lot of fresh veggies. . Sometimes I feel as though the shopper takes the produce that is older and needs to be used for the people that are ordering. I have absolutely no problems anywhere else except fresh produce. Actually, I ordered other things from Walmart that I did not used to do. So I love this idea for the food department.
