Tender and delicious

I love to use baby spinach in place of lettuce in sandwiches and burgers because of the higher nutritive value and I prefer the flavor since wilted lettuce gives off a scent I really don't like. This baby spinach was very fresh, tender and delicious. When the spinach is this nice, it makes a phenomenal salad, as well, especially with a host of other veggies and some grilled chicken or salmon.
