Intermittent fasting must have

I frequently fast and use these mineral waters to break up the monotony of water and black coffee. The light carbonation is perfect and the water tastes good. Both the can and plastic bottle version are great. If you're going to a party and don't want to drink alcohol, I would bring a case of these. Unlike regular cans, these are slim and feel good to hold. These are really refreshing on a hot day. Great product.
