The item was a little pricy and i was reluctant to purchase but when we got it, we were surprised. The cover is cloth. It is very durable and cover can be removed to be washed. Our goldendoodle even lays on it and loves it.

This is a big comfortable bean bag, kids love it. Couple of not so good things, the bag does have an odor to it, hope it will go away in a few days. Also I had to exchange one, the first one I got had a rip in the inner bean bag and was leaking. Walmart made it ez to return though and got the replacement pretty quick, and. The return label was ez.
