Instructions

Unspecified: To heat or glaze spiral sliced ham prior to serving, we recommend the following instructions for best results. Improper heating or overcooking tends to dry out the ham.Heating and Glazing Ham:1. Remove all packaging material from ham, cover tightly with aluminum foil and place in pan.2. Warm ham at 325Β°F for 10-12 minutes per pound. Do no overheat.3. Take ham from the oven and turn to broil.4. Remove the aluminum foil, carefully turn the ham on its side and fan out the slices.5. Baste the ham with juices from pan and liberally sprinkle the dry glaze packet over the ham. Cover the surface, including between the slices.6. Place ham back into oven and broil until the honey glaze is bubbly and melted to a golden bronze color. If preferred, the glaze may also be mixed, two parts dry glaze to one part water and applied to the ham and broiled until the honey glaze is bubbly and melted to a golden bronze color.7. Do not overcook the glaze to prevent it from burning.REFRIGERATE IMMEDIATELY AFTER USE.

Ham was of good quality and is already cooked and sliced. I like that the brown sugar glaze is optional for people cutting back on sugar. Very tasty and versatile. I would purchase this again!

Great ham, better than Hormel 88

this ham is better than the Kentucky legend ham I've been buying before and this at a lower price. I find the texture to be superb. the slicing nice and even in The taste. wonderful. I also like the fact that it's a small amount of ham packaged very well so it can be consumed by one person in a reasonable amount of time to prevent spoilage or waste. I'm very glad I tried this brand of ham. I have tried all the rest of them Hormel 88 has nothing on this ham. try it, you will love it and you also love the much cheaper price!

Your basic spiral cut piece of ham, glaze packet included on the side. I use this product several ways, 1) I medium dice and add to a can of Bush Baked Beans, or 2) medium dice and I add to scrambled eggs or 3) makes great sandwiches or 4) Heat and serve as the star of a beautiful sit down dinner with the family. Very versatile product.
