It took me a couple days to adjust to sleeping on it because it does feel weird at first.. but it really did help and I'm very thankful! I am packing to move and I pulled four ribs out of place in herniated a disc in my neck and this pillow has allowed me to sleep without pain. Helps with snoring

I sleep on my back and before I got this pillow, I would wake up every 1-2 hours with a dry throat from snoring. Now I only wake up once a night to use the bathroom and not because my mouth is so dry. It is a life saver. It did take a little while the first night to get used to sleeping with it because it is firm. I sleep on it turned 180 degrees because it is a little lower for my neck. Also, my right shoulder is a little sore each morning, but I have only been using it for a week and I think my shoulder will get used to it. I received it within two days of ordering it and I used it the first night. It only took a few hours out of the package to become its full size and there was a slight smell to it, but it didn't bother me, so I didn't need to let it air out first. This pillow is probably not for everyone, but I recommend it. It is sure helping me.
