I've been wearing powerstep sandals for about five years on recommendation from my podiatrist. I wish they had more color choices, but I can't complain. They have good arch support and I don't have any callous build up which can be painful. I wear them mostly at home 365 days a year.

I had foot surgery after the ligament that holds up the arch of the foot was ruptured. My podiatrist recommended Powerstep insoles as I cannot walk ever without arch support again. I bought these sandals as house shoes. They are the most comfortable shoes I own now.
