McCormick Kosher Smoked Paprika, 1.75 oz Bottle

McCormick Smoked Paprika has become one of those seasonings that I reach for pretty regularly. It has a rich, smoky flavor that adds a lot to a dish without being spicy or overpowering. I especially like using it on chicken, roasted vegetables, potatoes, and in soups or stews. It is also great when you want to add a little grilled or smoky flavor to something without actually cooking it on the grill. The quality is what I have come to expect from McCormick. The paprika has a good color, smells fresh when you open the bottle, and a relatively small amount goes a long way. I also like that it is an easy way to make a fairly simple meal taste like you put more effort into it than you actually did. The price is a little higher than some store-brand spices, but I think the flavor and consistency make it worth buying. Since I do not have to use very much at a time, one bottle also lasts quite a while in my kitchen. Overall, I would definitely purchase McCormick Smoked Paprika again.
