happy light is amazing

We got the HappyLight for winter, and honestly it's been a game changer. My son, who really struggles with depression in the darker months, actually loves using it, and I've noticed a shift in both his mood and energy. Bonus, I'm using it too and feeling the difference… simple, gentle, and surprisingly powerful.

Good for the sunlight saddies

Great and easy to use. I will say, it's very bright- which I figured but honestly didn't expect 😅 I usually turn it on in the morning while getting my kids breakfast ready.

Winter months life saver!

After some research, I chose this light table to replace my older one that stopped working. I am very pleased with this purchase. Love the compact size, multiple light and timer settings. Excellent product. Just what I need through the winter months!
