I was able to assemble this alone but I recommend asking someone to help lift the boxeI was able to assemble this alone but I recommend asking someone to help lift the boxes. Took me about 4hrs. Instructions were easy to understand. I ran into 2 issues: the screws to attach legs were incorrect (instruction said E but correct one was D). Some of the parts didn't have part numbers/stickers so I had to determine from the picture on what to use but it was easy. I recommend not tightening the bolts all the way until you're super sure it's the right part. I bought 2 five inch twin mattress for this. it's a tight fit so I wouldn't recommend buying a mattress more than 5 inches.s. Took me about 4hrs. Instructions were easy to understand.
