These Apple cider vinegar gummies are delicious. They melt in your mouth and don't stick to your teeth. It does not have any after taste or any bitterness like regular . 2 gummies recommended which contain 1000mgs of natural apple cider vinegar including Vitamin B12, Folic Acid, Pomegranate Juice, and Beet Juice. Pleasant Surprise
So far I am enjoying my gummies. I have tried taking the liquid ACV and doing that is kind of tough. With the gummies the task is a lot easier believe me! If you can take them without sticking your nose in the jar then you will be just fine. I take2 gummies in the morning with my other vitamins and I don't feel like I need a between breakfast and lunch snack. a few more weeks and I may have to update this post and tell you about my weight loss!
