Individually vacuum packed chicken breasts

I like this chicken because I only have myself to feed, and in this package there are 5 individual boneless, skinless chicken breasts that are vacuum packed so I can take out one piece and leave the others in the freezer til I want them. For me this is saving money so I only cook what I need and don't cook excess and then store it in frig or freezer and it gets pushed to the back or gets freezer burn. Which I'm sure everyone that cooks has done at one time or another.

These chicken breast pieces are a staple in our home. They are a portion that is perfect for smaller appetites with a salad or vegetable and a side of rice. My husband I enjoy the flavor and freshness of the chicken. I love that they are individually wrapped and thaw in a short time. We also eat them on sandwiches and chopped up in chicken salad. There are so many ways to enjoy these chicken breasts!

Why did the price jump $2 all of a sudden??

We LOVE these chicken breasts and we buy at least 2-4 bags of this chicken a week. As a family of 9 (7 kids) we thought they were affordable for the quality and we were getting a good deal, but I’m so sad that from one week to the next they jumped from 7.98 to 9.56? That’s a big difference. I know that may not seem like a lot to some people but when you’re on a tight budget, it makes you rethink things. $10/bag? $2 for each thin chicken breast? The weight is still the same (around 1.65 lbs). I can’t give them less than 4 stars because they’re so good, but I’m disappointed.
