Horrible belt

I received this belt in terrible condition, dry and cracked. It would definitely fall apart after 1 use! I got ahold of Walmart, took one hour online, they contacted the company and the company was supposed to contact me. They never contacted me at all! I didn't expect high quality with that price, but I did expect a belt that wasn't crumbling and falling apart! Obviously their quality control is awful, along with their customer service!
