Locking boat seat swivel.

Excellent locking swivel. If you use it on something that requires the bolts to be closer to the center, it will give some difficulty rotating but grinding the locking gear pawl shorter clears up the problem. I used this device to install a boat seat on my electric mobility device and it is great. I also used the sliding connection to make the seat removable for easier transport. Everything is available at Walmart. Great service and quick delivery.

Not usable

When it’s bolted down the bolts are in the way and you can’t turn the seat and there is not enough space to use lower profile bolt or screw heads.
