First you have to plug it in, let it charge, and then let it go through its update system.
I like how fast it actually works. I'm very impressed. I'm glad someone told me about this product. I love my truck. I'm glad to have it back. I've been working on dirt road late models since I was 14 years old and now I'm past that age. Awesome tool.

Cumbersome to use, but has all the features
I've had this thing for about a month now and it works perfectly. It offers a lot more options than I need or I know how to use. It is a great option and great value. I'm glad it works for the newer FCA cars that use auto-certification. But I do wish tech support would do a better job. Or if they offered a course on using these features.
