Good product - manufacturing defect on one

This seems like a reasonably well made product. I originally ordered 2 and one was great - the second had chunks of plastic hanging off it from incomplete molding - the hole wasn't even cut for the pole, and the bumper was full of holes with a weird oil coming out. Definitely massive manufacturing defect that should have been caught before sending out - I did replace it and the other ones fine. Also the number of holes to attach are different than the picture - there are only 2 screw holes in the mid section - nothing at the bottom. This worked ok for my setup as I have a plate covering the lower section - but may not work for others if you expect 4 attachment points. Walmart was great about the return of the defective one in store.
