NOT ALL STAINLESS!!!!

Only the top is stainless! The part that holds the seat post, that's under the deck where all the moisture is, is made of a metal that rusts out! They've disguised this with black paint underneath, but, my magnet does not lie. The original one that came on the boat did this exact same thing. The top was stainless but the bottom was not and rusted completely out quickly.
